The house has a small solar setup for power, a propane water heater for hot showers and a pump to bring rainwater that is caught for use inside. The interior of the home is ready for finishing touches, like drywall and flooring. There is a storage shed for garden tools, beach gear or whatever. There is a large carport for parking your vehicle to keep it out of the sun and rain.
