Maintenance fee covers basic cable, trash pickup, water, association management, grounds-keeping, pool maintenance, sewer fee, insurance for the common areas. Hooked up to the sewer, no pets except service animals. AOAO has voted to allow air-conditioning. Owners cover the cost of their own unit. Popcorn ceiling removed in 2019 by asbestos specialists and registered with the State. Most of the cast iron drain pipes have been replaced with ABS. The entryway, kitchen, and bathrooms floors are all tile. The lower stairway and main floor living room floor is cork that we installed in 2019. The shoji doors are still there and the rice paper was replaced in 2020. Hot water heater replaced in October 2020.
